Anita Fernandes is a Principal of Crossing Cultures. She has worked in the field of relocation and cross cultural communication for twenty years both in Australia and when living/working in Singapore. Prior to this Anita worked at IBM for twelve years in various professional and management roles in Australia and the USA, with extensive business travel to Asia.

As a professional coach, mentor and business manager Anita works with her clients to create awareness of their own and other cultures. She assists them to effectively leverage their cultural differences thereby increasing their business skills and achieving their organisations objectives. She is equally effective working with individuals or with large groups/teams who desire to increase their cultural competencies.

Anita is a past Executive Committee of NSW Equal Employment Opportunity Practitioners’ Association (NEEOPA), is a member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC),  and University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association (USCMA). She also is certified in Executive Coaching by the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology (ICCP) through University of Sydney
